Important Insurance Updates (as of May 2025)
-
UnitedHealthcare does not currently reimburse for telehealth sessions conducted while a client is at home. We encourage clients to contact their insurance providers to advocate for policy updates, including the inclusion of telehealth services in home settings.
-
Medicare has extended its telehealth coverage through September 2025. However, since this coverage is temporary and not yet permanent, we are not currently accepting Medicare.
